The company's AI Privacy and Ethics group is looking for an AI advisor to join a team that is setting standards for pharma around privacy and ethics policy related to AI.
-understands AI and the current environment around it and interested in growing in the area of privacy and ethics policy related to it
-understanding of pharma industry
-very strong communication and writing skills - will be interacting with and writing reports for senior leadership
-strong interpersonal skills - interacts with legal/regulatory/privacy/external consultants (people who work on setting US/EU laws on AI)
-understanding of the company's culture and credo (will be provided during the interview)
-knowledge of existing policy/regulations such as: https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/headlines/society/20230601STO93804/eu-ai-act-first-regulation-on-artificial-intelligence
-ability to understand a tremendous amount of information
-understanding of AI algorithmic impact on assessments and algorithmic discrimination
-good listener
-strong desire to learn
