Alchemy Docs is a SAAS company that offers scribing services for physical therapy and healthcare providers. Our core aim is to reduce the clinicians' documentation burden using Large Language Models (LLMs). We're currently developing a Progressive Web App (PWA) and are in search of an exceptional product manager to lead this development.

Job Description:

Alchemy Docs is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and strategic Product Manager for our innovative Progressive Web App. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the development of a chatbot designed to help clinicians input data into electronic medical record systems. You will be integral in crafting our Android application and subsequently expanding it into a web-compatible platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution, including creating product specifications and driving project execution.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science) to define and deliver high-quality features that leverage large language models.

Lead the development and integration of a voice-enabled chatbot to facilitate clinicians' data input into our system.

Drive the automation feature to automatically input data into an Android app or website.

Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, defining corresponding product actions.

Be the product advocate within the company, ensuring the user-centricity of design and engineering decisions.

Effectively communicate and manage stakeholders' expectations throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in healthcare or AI-related fields.

Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle for Android applications and web platforms.

Familiarity with AI and large language models, and their practical applications.

Deep understanding of Progressive Web Apps and their underlying technologies.

Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Previous experience with Electronic Medical Record systems is a plus.
