Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced AI Chatbot Developer to create a demo website bot that can accurately answer questions based on our proprietary knowledge base. The information for the bot will be drawn from our existing online documentation. While our preferred tech stack includes Botpress and Stack AI, we are open to other suggestions if they improve efficiency and performance.
This role involves understanding our business model, grasping the details of our proprietary knowledge base, and developing a user-friendly chatbot that enhances our customer service experience. The bot should be able to handle a range of queries and provide helpful, accurate responses that reflect our brand's commitment to excellence.
The successful candidate will work closely with our development team and project stakeholders to ensure the final product meets our exacting standards and serves as an effective communication tool for our audience. We are particularly interested in applicants with a strong understanding of GPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer) for chatbot development.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a user-friendly chatbot for our demo website that can
effectively answer questions using our proprietary knowledge base
* Integrate the chatbot with our existing online documentation
* Customize the chatbot's responses to align with our brand's tone and
style
* Test the chatbot's functionality and responsiveness
* Debug and resolve any issues that arise during the development
phase
* Collaborate with the development team and project stakeholders to
ensure the chatbot meets our specifications
* Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI chatbot
technology
Required Skills:
* Proficiency with Botpress, Stack AI, or comparable chatbot
development tools
* Strong experience with GPT or similar models for chatbot
development
* Excellent understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
techniques
* Experience integrating chatbots with online knowledge bases
* Ability to customize chatbot responses for brand alignment
* Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve
issues
* Familiarity with our tech stack and the ability to suggest and
implement improvements
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Previous experience in a similar role
* A portfolio of previous chatbot development projects
