Background

NVC Academy is a virtual learning center for Nonviolent Communication since 2006. We offer ZOOM based live courses, downloadable courses and an extensive membership Library. The NVC Academy is a virtual company with team members around the globe. We base our work and meetings on USA California Pacific Time Zone.

Relationship

We are seeking a consultant to resolve some immediate issues, followed by work on an as needed basis. We are seeking a long term mutually beneficial relationship.

Qualifications

First and foremost, we require excellent communication skills and follow through. Please do not apply if you are not willing to provide timely communication and follow through.

We are seeking candidates with 5 or more years experience with Google Analytics, an understanding of email marketing, website data tracking , and php/javascript code implementation in a Joomla and Moodle environment.

Initial Tasks

We are seeking to add and improve the following items via Google Analytics:

1.Email campaign tracking

2. Social media campaign tracking

3. Intra-site click tracking on specific page links, and menus

4. User journeys through the site

5. Tracking audio and video usage and progress tracking

6. Reporting on popular items in multiple programs, distinguishing one from another.

7. Other Google Analytics reports.

8. Review our traffic data capture integrated with Joomla/Moodle and offer feedback about possible rework.
