We are a UX Research software, and we often receive requests from our customers to conduct professional services for UX research projects. We seek a freelance qualitative researcher to help support some of those projects. We conduct both unmoderated and moderated research projects. You’ll first meet with the customer to understand their research goals; you’ll build a discussion guide, conduct the sessions, analyze the research, and present a final report to the customer.
We want to work with someone long-term and work with this person each time we receive a request for a project.
