We have an exciting project involving the personalization of a 1-minute promotional video. We aim to create around 100,000 unique videos, each tailored to the individual viewer. This will include incorporating their name and highlighting specific services relevant to them.
Requirements:
1. Custom Voice Cloning and Video Lip Sync: We are in need of experts who can implement custom voice cloning and video lip sync techniques.
2. Personalization Variables: The 1-minute video will feature approximately 5 variables to personalize the content. It should also support individual videos and voices in any language.
3. Self-Hosting: We plan to host this solution on Azure or an on-premise server. Experience in setting up and maintaining such infrastructure is crucial.
4. Open Source Solutions: We are open to exploring open-source models and are willing to participate in model training if necessary.
5. Long-Term Collaboration: If we find a suitable solution, we're open to establishing a long-term collaboration for extending this personalized video project.
Please note that we are not interested in SaaS solutions due to cost concerns.
