Responsibilities:
As an Integrated Creative at WIP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brandâs creative direction and narrative. Your key responsibilities will include:
Guiding the development of assigned creative teams and overseeing the workflow of creative resources.
Developing and pitching innovative creative strategies and concepts to internal teams and collaborators.
Supervising all production work to ensure adherence to quality standards and fulfillment of project goals.
Crafting compelling narratives around topics related to the creative industry such as the impact of AI in the creative space
Creating engaging and viral content designed to grow the brandâs following and attract earned media from reputable outlets.
Collaborating with our creative agencies based in Manila and India to develop brand foundations, visuals, and content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in strategic marketing language and familiarity with industry jargon and buzzwords.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives around intricate themes.
A passion for exploring diverse cultural narratives, particularly in performance art, Bharatanatyam, and classical Indian texts like the Ramayana.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace the evolving landscape of the creative industry.
