Upwork is hiring a An AI-based app that turns a prompt into API requests

We are a Fintech with a set of REST APIs for building and backtesting financial portfolios.

We want to develop a new interface based on generative AI prompts.

This new interface would be a mobile app. That app would take instructions from the user and, based on that, will use the APIs to create an investment portfolio.

An example of the prompt would be: "Create an index of North American large-cap companies with a market capitalization higher than one billion that is part of the Cloud Computing industry. The index should be Free Float Market Cap-weighted and will rebalance every three months on the first Friday. It should exclude any ADR."

That prompt should be converted into a JSON sent to our APIs. You can see the REST APIs it must integrate with here: https://bita.io/portfolio-apis.

The first iteration of this product will be an Android app. You will be provided with the design.
