Upwork is hiring a Need a training program designed for ALGO Day Trading

PLEASE QUOTE FULL COST OR THE NUMBER OF HOURS NEEDED IN CASE OF HOURLY RATE. WITHOUT THIS, PROPOSAL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

I need to design a thorough training program for Algo Day trading. The basic qualification of the trainees will be that they would be experts in Python programming. The objective of the program would be that in a month, they should be able to develop algos for trading.

1) The training should include understanding technical indicators

2) Example of trading strategies / logics using those indicators

3) How to translate a logic into algo scripts

4) How to back test, forward test / paper trading

5) Actually how to execute algos for trading (using IBKR as a platform should be covered)

The designed course can / should use existing content from the web / youtube in most cases. The current task is limited to designing the ideal course structure + using existing open sourced materials. Any customized content development work needed would be separate.

The trainees for these would be some of the smartest people on earth, but they typically may not be exposed to trading.
