About the Role:
We are currently seeking three highly qualified and experienced Machine Learning AI Model Design and Development Experts to join our team on a freelance basis. As experts in their respective fields, these professionals will play a critical role for the design and development of our AI models. The primary focus will be on accuracy, ensuring that the project timelines are well-informed and realistic.
Below are the categories and expertise of the candidates we are searching for:
Text Classification Expert:
As a Text Classification Expert, you will be responsible for estimating the time needed to develop AI models for sentiment analysis, emotion detection, personality detection, and entity recognition, as well as designing the development roadmap and deployment implementation time frames. Your background and expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text analysis will be essential in providing accurate estimates for these text-based AI features.
LLM Expert:
As an LLM Expert, your role will involve estimating the development time for AI models in long-form abstractive summarization and text generation, as well as designing the development milestones and deployment implementation times. Your proficiency in language modeling and text generation techniques will be crucial in delivering precise time estimates for these sophisticated AI capabilities.
NLP Expert:
As an NLP Expert, you will be responsible for estimating the time required for the design and development of AI models in speech recognition/transcription, machine translation, language detection, text to speech synthesis, and direct speech to speech conversion, as well as designing the development roadmap and deployment implementation time frames. Your deep knowledge of NLP and speech-related technologies will be invaluable in providing accurate estimates for these diverse NLP features.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Co-Pilot AI team to understand the requirements and scope of the AI models to be developed.
Analyze the complexity and technical challenges of each AI category to derive precise time estimates.
Provide detailed breakdowns of the development process and timeframes for each AI model.
Continuously communicate and update the Co-Pilot AI team on progress and any adjustments to the estimates.

Requirements:
Proven track record of expertise in the respective category (Text Classification, LLM, or NLP) with demonstrable experience in developing AI models.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and NLP techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Previous experience in estimating project timelines accurately and meeting deadlines.
Additional Information:
This is a freelance opportunity, and the selected experts will be compensated with a fixed-rate payment based on project completion. The estimates provided by the experts will play a pivotal role in the development roadmap of our revolutionary Co-Pilot AI product. This is also an opportunity for a permanent role, which we will be happy to discuss with the right candidate upon successful completion of this task.
