We are currently seeking a talented and versatile individual with previous experience working in Gorgias and E-commerce Customer Support / Service. You will be working across various platforms, including Gorgias, Shopify, and different Warehouse Management Systems.
SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, order status updates, and assistance with any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy, patience, and a customer-first approach, aiming to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is recorded.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, such as fulfillment and logistics, to streamline operations and optimize the customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
- Utilize Gorgias, Shopify, and various Warehouse Management Systems proficiently to manage customer interactions and maintain records.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms as required.

IT'S BENEFICIAL IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SKILL SETS:
- Experience using Gorgias, a customer service platform.
Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Excellent communication skills in English, specifically written but also verbal in communication with the team, with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in processing orders and managing customers requests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with E-commerce practices and platforms, particularly Shopify, will be advantageous.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
