We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android/iOS App Developer to join our dynamic team for an exciting project, "Rihlat Al Mostaqbal." This initiative aims to empower the youth in Saudi Arabia by providing them with the tools and guidance necessary to capitalize on opportunities that align with their potential. The project focuses on career counseling, including industry selection, CV customization, feedback provision, skill improvement recommendations, access to partner academies, interim job opportunities, and application preparation assistance. The ability to make a fully Arabic UI/UX is essential for this role, although the developer does not need to be a native Arabic speaker.
### Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a highly interactive, user-friendly mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms that aligns with the project's goals and objectives.
- Implement features that support CV customization, job recommendations, skill improvement pathways, and application processes.
- Integrate OpenAI's APIs to enable advanced features such as CV enhancement and personalized career guidance.
- Ensure the application fully supports the Arabic language, providing a seamless experience for Arabic-speaking users.
- Work closely with the project team to understand requirements and translate them into functional mobile applications.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and responsiveness of the application through testing and maintenance.
### Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Android/iOS Developer with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Google Play.
- Proficient in programming languages like Swift for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs and understanding how to integrate them into mobile applications.
- Excellent command of the Arabic language, with the ability to implement a fully Arabic UI and UX.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
- Knowledge of mobile app design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning tools.
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic.
