AI-Bio Interface for Animal Communications.
The product uses AI at the TinyML level. Prototypes leverage Arduino, edge impulse for AI training (as well as traditional TinyML), and Arduino cloud for data collection and animal management.
Seeking a motivated electrical/firmware engineer with (AI) edge impulse experience (or TinyML experience) who can be available to consult for the following purposes:
1. High-level technical strategy planning
2. Bug/issue resolution (much of the issues will likely be very easy for this consultant)
3. Specific code creation
The successful applicant will have the following experience:
1. Highly experienced with the Arduino prototyping platform (bonus for hands-on experience with Arduino Nicla Voice, Nicla Vision, Portenta Series).
2. Expert writing C++/Python (experience with micropython is a bonus)
3. Capabel of designing PCB designs and having made multiple boards in the past with PCBway or other PCB makers
4. Understand the Linux operating system (Bash)
5. Experience with TinyML and Edge Impulse is a big bonus
6. Experience using the Arduino Cloud for data collection purposes
7. Bonus for experience with audio AI
This role will require about 4-10 hours per a week via Zoom/Teamviewer, and offline coding.
The role is flexible to your hours. Company is based on the West Coast.
