Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team in the development of an innovative AI-powered web application. This application aims to transform the way customs and trade compliance experts access relevant information, offering personalized search results, recommendations, and AI-powered chat assistance.

Project Overview:

The proposed web application will crawl for relevant data, translate it using machine translation, and allow users to search for information on trade and customs regulations.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Evaluating Proposals: Review and evaluate proposals from web development companies, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements.

2. Expert Opinion & Recommendations: After the evaluation, provide a comprehensive document detailing expert opinions on the proposals, along with recommendations for selection.

3. Quality Assurance in Implementation: Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality assurance in the implementation phase.

4. Long-Term Collaboration: Engage in a long-term partnership, contributing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, which may extend up to 1.5 years or more.

Qualifications & Skills:

- AI and Machine Learning: Understanding of AI technologies.

- Web Development: Familiarity with web development concepts.

- Crawling Technologies: Experience with web crawling and data scraping.

- Proposal Evaluation: Ability to critically evaluate technical proposals.

- Quality Assurance: Experience in quality assurance processes.

- Software Product Development: Knowledge of software development lifecycle.

- Project Management: Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with team members.

- Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Timeline:

- Proposals Evaluation: start in the second part of September (not to exceed one month).
