**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and fine-tune advanced AI models and tools, enhancing HeitechSoft's tech footprint and contributing to the evolution of AI as we know it.
* Contribute to cutting-edge research and the application of the latest AI technologies.
* Master languages and tools such as Python, LangChain, and OpenAI API to tackle exciting challenges.
* Dive deep into Linux/Ubuntu and vector (semantic) databases, and utilize your skill-set to solve complex problems.
* Pioneer new directions in generative AI, including text generation, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, summarization, conversational AI, and token classification.

**Required Skills and Experience:**
* Expertise in Python, LangChain, and AI model training and fine-tuning.
* Hands-on experience with Linux/Ubuntu, OpenAI API, and Prompt Engineering.
* Solid understanding of AI classifications and vector (semantic) databases.
* Proven track record in working with generative AI techniques.
* Familiarity with LoRA (Low Rank Adaptation), RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) is a strong plus.
* Knowledge about AI projects and tools like ChatGPT, Google Bard, Claude, AutoGPT, OobaBooga, OpenAssistant is a bonus!
