We are seeking an experienced Health Tech Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our internal Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. This role is pivotal in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Those applying for this role should have health tech experience. Experience working on EHR projects would certainly be an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Ensure alignment with our practice’s goals and compliance standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
Progress Tracking: Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables. Implement effective project management tools and methodologies.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify project risks and delays. Develop and implement solutions to address challenges and ensure project continuity.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and escalate issues as necessary.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the project meets industry standards and compliance requirements. Oversee testing and implementation phases for optimal performance.
Training and Support: Assist in developing training materials and support structures for end-users.
