Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and implement a chatbot capable of conversing in Punjabi. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a user-friendly and efficient chatbot that meets the specific language and cultural needs of our Punjabi-speaking users.
Responsibilities:
Chatbot Development: Develop and maintain a chatbot platform that can understand, interpret, and respond to user inquiries and requests in Punjabi.
Language Proficiency: Ensure the chatbot is proficient in Punjabi, including understanding nuances, colloquialisms, and cultural context, to provide a natural and engaging user experience.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Punjabi chatbot into our products or services, ensuring seamless user interactions.
Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement NLP algorithms and techniques to enhance the chatbot's language understanding and response generation capabilities.
Training and Testing: Continuously improve the chatbot's performance by training it with real user interactions, refining responses, and conducting thorough testing.
Data Management: Collect and analyze user data to improve the chatbot's accuracy, effectiveness, and user satisfaction.
Maintenance and Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and chatbot technology, apply updates, and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation of the chatbot's architecture, functionality, and usage guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing chatbots or conversational AI systems, preferably in Punjabi.
Strong proficiency in the Punjabi language, including cultural awareness.
Proficiency in NLP and machine learning libraries/tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy).
Experience with chatbot development frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa).
Knowledge of data analytics and user data management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multilingual chatbot development.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS Lex, Google Cloud AI).
Knowledge of Punjabi language variants and dialects.
Understanding of Punjabi cultural nuances.
