Company description: Focus Point Consulting is owned by an independent freelance recruitment consultant with extensive knowledge of the Construction Engineering Design niche. It successfully recruits highly qualified candidates with niche skills mainly for the design consultancies

Main duties and responsibilities:

You will be searching online databases for suitable candidates before they are checked and forwarded to our prestigious clients. You will need to read through the job descriptions paying special attention to the essential criterion, making sense of the job, and then match them to CVs and profiles found online.

Essential criteria:

Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and if you have LinkedIn Recruiter then great

Technical recruitment experience in engineering

Ability to read and understand technical job descriptions

Know where to look to find out the meaning of varied acronyms.

Knowledge of how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google

You must be PC literate and confident with using the Internet and emailing.

In-depth Internet research experience

You must have a computer and an Internet connection.

You must be accustomed to spending time on the Internet.

Excellent English, written and verbal.

A keen eye for detail

Knowledge of modern tools and AI

Desirable criteria:

Access to your own LinkedIn account maybe Recruiter and other databases such as Zoom Info

Data mining expertise.

Previous recruitment experience.

Degree educated/studying

Administrative expertise.

Languages

Responsible for: Finding candidates well-matched to the job descriptions you will be given.

Number of days per week: To be advised depending on workload, we will start with 3 with a view to taking it to 5

Miscellaneous: There is a bonus scheme; if a candidate you find is placed with a client (a live job) I will pay you 5% of my fee from the client. I will pay you this when I receive my fee from the client. Or we negotiate your hourly rate.
