We are T-shirt design company seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Illustrator who is proficient in photoshop effects, photo retouching, 3D texts, and Midjourney.
We are looking to hire a company with several designers, but if there is a master fast single designer we are happy to interview him as well. The ideal candidate(s) will be available on-call 24/7 to assist with various design projects. Knowledge in current events, celebrity's and pop culture trends is a big bonus.
Role:
- Junior Designer, and you will work hand in hand with the Art Director.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations
- Utilize photoshop effects to enhance images
- Perform photo retouching to improve the quality of images
- Design 3D texts for various images
- Add banner creation and animation for instagram and facebook
- Work closely with the Art director to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs
- Knowledge in current events, celebrity's and pop culture trends is a big bonus.

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in photo retouching
- Knowledge of 3D text design - Knowledge of MidJourney and knowledge
- Ad banner creation

- Archive of typography, effects, brushes
- Hustle and a good work ethic
- An impressive graphic design portfolio
Our working process:
- Our Art Director and marketing team’s goal is to come up with new trending ideas that we turn into design prints for t-shirts and accessories. Our designs are based on trending topics therefore speed, quality and availability is a key priority.
- Once the design idea has been approved we turn to our Art director and designers to turn that idea into life.
- During the designing process our media is obtain by online research or by creating imagery through Midjourney. Later, we add text, effects, halftone technique and/or remove all black in the design if it is for a black t-shirt.
- Our designs can be simple typography/text graphics to image or illustration + typography/text
- We are expecting to create 2-3+ designs within one hr.
- Ad banners may be required to be created at times including animation.
You will have to sign an NDA as these ideas and works are copyrighted by our company.
This is a long term position, the right candidate(s) will be interviewed and tested prior contract start.
