We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant and Engineer to collaborate with our clients to optimize their lead management operations and outreach systems using artificial intelligence. In this role, you will:
Conduct assessments of clients' current lead management workflows and processes to identify challenges and bottlenecks where AI can drive improvements.
Design and develop customized AI solutions for clients, such as lead scoring models, data-driven lead routing rules, automated lead follow-ups and predictive lead prioritization to enhance lead qualification and sales conversion performance.
Architect and deploy NLP-based AI chatbots and conversational systems to allow clients to engage and capture lead data more efficiently at scale.
Establish automated lead outreach, nurturing and re-engagement processes powered by AI to reduce client dropout rates and sustain promising leads through the sales funnel.
Monitor the impacts of implemented AI systems through data analysis and continuously refine the solutions to improve client operational KPIs related to lead management.
Stay current on the latest AI advancements in CRM and lead management to identify new applications to improve client tech stacks.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an AI Consultant, AI/ML Engineer or similar role designing, developing and implementing AI solutions focused on CRM, marketing automation, lead management or related fields. Expertise in Python-based machine learning, NLP and conversational AI is required.
