We are seeking a freelancer to curate content and teach online courses to our audience in the US. As a Trainer, your main responsibility will be to create high-quality content and teach through LIVE sessions that meet the requirements of each course over 3-6 weeks.
These will be elaborate courses that will educate an individual on the subject and empower them to apply those skills in the real world.
You will work closely with the course development team to ensure the content aligns with the learning objectives and is engaging for the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curate relevant and accurate content for online courses.
2. Develop well-structured and engaging content (text and video)
3. Organize content into logical modules for effective learning progression.
4. Create assessment questions after each module to evaluate learner understanding.
5. Collaborate with the course development team to meet learning objectives.
6. Review and revise content based on feedback provided by the team.
7. Teach and engage with the audience over LIVE sessions
8. Resolve any doubts the participants may have either in the current session of the next sessions
