We are seeking a team of AI developers and software engineers to help us build an innovative AI voice system that can make political calls, solicit donations, and conduct political polls. This is a complex and highly important project requiring expertise in AI, machine learning, voice recognition, and natural language processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop an AI voice system capable of making outbound calls and handling dynamic conversation flows.
Implement a system that can discern sentiment and support from call recipients.
Develop a system to send a donation link via text message or email, triggered by the AI during a call.
Implement a polling system that can ask and record responses to multiple-choice questions.
Adhere to strict timelines and deliver key functionality within specified timelines.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in voice recognition and natural language processing.
Proficiency with AI development tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
Experience with web development languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Experience in database management and data analysis.
Familiarity with project management tools and agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desired Experience:
Prior experience developing AI voice systems or voice-based applications.
Experience working on political campaigns or nonprofit fundraising would be a plus.
