Upwork is hiring a Need design help for online quiz w/ logic that will score and categorize clients based on criteria.

We are a financial advisory firm who wants to design a simple survey for new clients that asks a series of questions (likely 8-10, randomizing from a list of 20-25 questions) to identify what type of Money Personality a client has. There will be 3 answers for each and each answer will correlate to one of three profiles. We want to render results that show the frequency of answers in each profile, then provide the "winning" result. I.e. the one with the highest frequency (score). "You are a FRUGAL mindset which means (DISPLAY FRUGAL DESCRIPTION TEXT)." Survey should be user friendly and fit with brand colors / guidelines. Open to consideration of use of third party platform (e.g. Google forms, Survey monkey, Airtable) vs. custom code.
