Companies Involved:

Services provided for three websites/business entities, including Cornish Law LLC, Legacy Solutions LLC, and Trachelle L. Cornish, Realtor

Summary: Update and add A.I., business affiliation logos, and other apps to Cornish Law LLC’s website, Update and add A.I., other apps, and business affiliation logos to Legacy Solution LLC’s website, design a kvCore landing page for Trachelle Cornish, Realtor and incorporate A.I. and other apps, and logos for business affiliations, create life-like A.I. imagery to enhance Company, create life-like A.I. headshots, bodyshots, full-body shots of Company owner and three “dummy” prospective job candidates for all websites, to convey that we are hiring, and utilize A.I. imagery to create two social media banners, profile pictures, and billboards and flyers for Company. Owner will provide Developer with some photos from previous photoshoots and images of the suit she will wear for the creation of the A.I. art. All websites and created content belong exclusively to Company and cannot be sold.

Overall Goals and Objectives:

I.To update Company’s existing websites by speeding up loading time, enhancing the wordpress template, and repairing broken links;

II. To incorporate A.I. to enhance the intake process for Company and prospective clients’ engagement on social media and Company websites by collecting data via Prompt usage and funneling data it into systems which enable Trachelle L. Cornish (hereinafter “User”) to utilize a CRM offered by Microsoft Outlook 365 app or other comparable app. CRM shall provide data to apps, which enable the client to make a payment or deposit, schedule an appointment or video call, sign-up for newsletters, login to Client Portal, and leave a review. A.I. will be made available to User to convert the data collected into a centralized calendar, KvCore CRM, Microsoft Outlook app, MyCase Portal, RingCentral app, or Google calendar/app;

III. To ease the intake process for clients and prospective clients who want to do business with Company by enabling a series of clicks/prompts on Company websites for primary Company service offerings or the option to choose “something else” Said prospective client or existing client shall be able to easily engage with Company for full intake completion, client contact and address information, make a deposit functions via LawPay, schedule a meeting/virtual meeting, skip that and join a newsletter, prompt for a case status (mycase login for Cornish Law), or something else. Said information will be funneled into one (or more, depending on the abilities of the app) CRM’s, which will communicate with Company all collected tasks to be completed.

IV. To utilize A.I. imagery, A.I. prompt, and A.I. data analysis to attract prospective commercial property buyers, sellers and investors who desire to build 1. Mixed-use residential and retail, 2. Fast-food Establishment, 3. Strip-mall, or 4. Government Contract Opportunity to Provide Services, or 5. Other;

V. KvCOre landing page shall capture and provide Owner with lead generation, as it was intended to do. KvCore page shall provide Customers and prospective customers with current commercial properties on the MLS that have sold, view properties for sale, view properties available for purchase, and sign and submit an artificially created pre-filled 1) buyer’s agreement, 2) Agreement to Purchase or Sell with offer, and all pertinent real estate documents to be provided by Owner to Developer. Owner will provide Developer with access to MLS for the purposes of implementation;

VI. To develop the KvCore CRM landing page for Trachelle L. Cornish, Realtor, with the key function of attracting commercial construction development buyers, and sellers for 1. Strip Malls, Fast-Food Establishments, Mixed-use Buildings, and Land. Preferred A.I. imagery for this site shall include modern interiors, construction workers on site at commercial construction development types listed above, and under-construction photos;

VII. To enable Zappier automation for all sites;

VIII. To design or redesign logos and business cards for Company. Company will provide all available files for existing content;

In addition, Project focus should be on the following service offerings:

1. Custom Chat bot for all websites;

2. MLS analyzation Ai;

3. Integration of relevant API’s;

4. Automatic Scheduling Tool;

5. Prompting chat bots which prompt the client for the reason he/she wants to meet;

6. Client portal button for Cornish law website which links to Mycase client portal;

7. Client portal for all other websites (a service provider similar to Mycase is needed)

8. Enable social media pages with the ability to add followers from Company website click;

9. Add client newsletter and blog section to websites;

10. Add Work For Us Tab, which features three dummy applicant pictures and the ability for me to list desired candidate characteristics;
