Looking for a Spanish native Support-Agent, with excellent communication skills in Spanish and good communication skills in English (Portuguese will be considered as a plus). Applicants should be able to express themselves in a professional way and have the right attitude in order to resolve incoming support requests. We are a group of communicative people who are looking for a new, motivated member in our team. If you are familiar with Google products (sheets, docs, meeting, drive, etc.) and can spare 1-3 hours daily within CET zone, you are the right candidate for us! Experience in Jira will be appreciated.
Daily tasks like the following will also be on your list of duties:
- translating and/or proofreading short texts from our websites from English to Spanish
- creating short texts in Spanish language in order to guarantee a smooth communication with our clients, and other language related tasks
