Are you a meticulous multitasker? Do you enjoy digging in, researching and finding crazy news and headlines (for us, the topic is all about AI!), and organizing schedules/emails/tasks?
Then you're a perfect fit for Executive Assistant & AI Researcher! You'll work closely with our President helping take over a busy inbox, forwarding support requests to the right people, organizing calendar, finding events, and curating a list of trending AI topics. You'll do background research for carousels and support the team in a myriad of AI-research related tasks. The position is 100% remote, and part-time based. You'll need to work within daylight Central (9a-3pm) hours whenever possible, although we could work with your schedule if you are more experienced at working a certain way.
Responsibilities:
Research AI news and tips/trends and curate, share with the internal team daily in a Slack thread
Help write the basis draft of the weekly CASual, our President's newsletter
Work with the President to organize her calendar, tasks, events, and curate speaking gigs for her to apply to
Manage the President's inbox and clean up regularly, forward relevant items to relevant team members
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Potentially prepare rough drafts of correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of key activities
Assist in organizing company events or conferences
Conduct research and perform data analysis as needed
Requirements:
3-5+ years as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Interest or ability to work in AI
Able to write and research drafts well (newsletters, carousels, presentations)
Canva, Midjourney skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Attention to detail
