We are currently seeking an interim Head of Project Management/Clinical Research to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable individual to fill the interim position of Head of Project Management/Clinical Research. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects with pharmaceutical companies, managing communication with medical organizations, and ensuring the efficient execution of research projects. Additionally, they will play a key role in developing algorithms for research problem-solving and managing project progress from a medical standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate work with pharmaceutical companies during the creation of technical tasks.
Participate in communications with pharmaceutical companies and medical organizations.
Make decisions regarding the implementation of Sponsor’s requirements, considering available resources.
Interact with the team to ensure completeness of medical data received.
Collaborate with the machine learning team to develop algorithms for solving research problems.
Manage project progress from a medical perspective.
Participate in building processes within the company and creating a team of experts.
Key Tasks and Objectives:
Optimize current business processes to meet deadlines and budget targets.
Extract meaningful information from various data sources, considering qualitative and quantitative differences.
Utilize rapid prototyping approach and embrace change in planning processes.
Foster successful interaction with Biostatistics, Analytics, and Database Engineering teams.
Develop an operating model for each class/type of research, indicating variable parameters influencing company growth.
Make a proposal to optimize the project/operational structure to align with the approved business model.
Focus on key research areas including oncology, autoimmune diseases, neurology, and metabolic disorders.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
PhD in data/medical related fields preferred.
3+ years of experience in Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) is highly preferred.
Strong familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and Python is advantageous.
Past experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Huawei will be beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is acceptable with significant additional experience.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
