We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data / AI focused Developer to join our Programmatic Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Extraction, Analysis, and Manipulation: Use python and other tools to extract and prep datasets from disparate sources to provide foundations for new content generation.
2. Scalable Process and System Development: This includes developing reusable libraries and APIs, building robust production systems that meet quality and time SLAs, as well as proper dev. foundations for the team.
3. Model usage and development: Leverage off-the-shelf solutions like LLMs and other models, or work to build and deploy our own custom models to help generate content and other related elements.
4. Collaborative Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
5. Self-Starting Approach: Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated attitude, taking the initiative to solve problems and drive projects forward independently.
6. Full Development Lifecycle: Exhibit a broad understanding of the entire development lifecycle, from project conception to deployment, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
7. Learning and Adaptability: Show a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the data and machine learning field, applying this knowledge to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Proven Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as a Data and Machine Learning Developer, with a track record of successfully delivering impactful projects.
2. Python Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in using data analysis libraries and machine learning frameworks.
3. Product and System Design Mindset.
4. Data Expertise: Demonstrated experience in working with and manipulating datasets, building data pipelines, scraping technologies, and preparing data for machine learning tasks.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
6. Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-starting approach, with the ability to independently drive projects and find innovative solutions.
7. Full Development Lifecycle Exposure: Broad exposure to the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
