About the role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Developer to join our team on a part-time/contract basis. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a chatbot for customer support. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing the chatbot system to ensure efficient and effective customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to understand customer support requirements and develop a chatbot solution to meet those needs
- Design and implement conversational AI models to create intelligent and natural language interactions
- Develop, test, and deploy the chatbot system on our customer support platform
- Continuously improve and optimize the chatbot's performance based on user feedback and data analysis
- Integrate the chatbot with existing systems and databases to provide seamless customer support experiences
Monitor and maintain the chatbot's performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing AI-powered chatbots
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and libraries
- Knowledge of chatbot platforms and frameworks
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
