We are searching for a skilled Chatbot Developer with expertise in AWS Lex to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining chatbot solutions to enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions using AWS Lex, ensuring seamless integration with other AWS services.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chatbot requirements, user stories, and innovative solutions.
3. Train and fine-tune chatbot models to understand and process user inputs accurately.
4. Monitor chatbot performance and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and user satisfaction.
5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AWS Lex and other chatbot technologies to ensure our solutions are always cutting-edge.
6. Work with the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design teams to create engaging and intuitive chatbot interactions.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chatbot development and deployment.
8. Document development processes, best practices, and architectural decisions.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 of experience in chatbot development, with a strong focus on AWS Lex.
3. Proficiency with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
4. Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or other relevant languages.
5. Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
