Upwork is hiring a Legal / Public Records researcher for acquisition

I am looking for legal/public records research on a company that I am looking to acquire. The consultant should have access to the major research tools such as LexisNexis (Public Records, SmartLinx, etc.), Experian, Dun and Bradstreet, etc. (I don't have access to such tools). I have an organized table with all the areas of research required.

Examples of the research are:

- Background checks

- UCC filings

- Trademark registration

- Credit risk

- Legal filings

- Criminal history

- etc.

This project is a first acquisition and there will be potential for 3 or 4 more acquisitions following this one.
