Responsibilities:
Smart E-mail Categorization on Outlook: Implement an AI-based system that can intelligently categorize and prioritize incoming emails to ensure swift responses to customer inquiries, service requests, and other relevant communication.
Automated Responders and Online Customer Support: Develop and deploy AI-driven automated responders to handle routine customer queries, provide instant assistance, and offer relevant information about our services, pricing, and policies.
Process Automation: Identify areas in our current business processes that can be automated using AI technologies. Streamline tasks such as appointment scheduling, service reminders, billing, and inventory management to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Sales Team Support: Create AI-powered tools and dashboards to support our sales teams with data-driven insights, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize AI algorithms to analyze customer data, feedback, and market trends. Generate reports and recommendations to help us make informed business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in implementing AI solutions, process automation, and customer support systems.
Proficiency in AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data analysis.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and the ability to integrate AI-based solutions into the platform.
