We are seeking a freelancer for a one-time project to research and compile a comprehensive list of online platforms where jobs can be posted for virtual employees in South America. The key requirement is that these platforms should not require a local business incorporation or Tax Identification Number (TIN) for employers.
Scope of Work:
- Conduct thorough online research to identify platforms similar to RemoteCo.com and OnlineJobs.ph, but focused on the South American market.
- Evaluate each platform to ensure they allow job postings without the need for a TIN or local business incorporation.
- Compile a detailed list of these platforms, including key features, user base, geographical focus within South America, and any other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Strong research skills with a focus on online job marketplaces.
- Familiarity with employment regulations in South America, particularly regarding virtual/remote employment.
- Ability to present findings in a clear, organized manner.
This project is ideal for someone who has an understanding of the virtual employment landscape in South America.
