We would also prefer photoshop experience with faces since we use AI generated images to create drafts but right now AI like Midjourney is really bad at faces and hands (so your jobs aren't being taken any time soon ;) )

Responsibilities:
- Create stunning illustrations and graphics that align with our clients' brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to develop visually compelling assets for websites, social media campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Embrace the spirit of innovation by incorporating midjourney or AI-based images into your work. We particularly value illustrators who can skillfully edit faces and hands to ensure our visuals are seamless and captivating. However, we also encourage you to use these images as inspiration and let your creativity soar by creating your own unique illustrations.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices, infusing your work with fresh ideas that resonate with our tech-savvy audience.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions with the team, contributing to the overall visual direction of projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by delivering work within agreed-upon timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an illustrator, preferably with a focus on the tech sector and B2B clients.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your illustration and graphic design capabilities. Please provide examples of your previous work, highlighting projects related to the tech industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and clients, understand project requirements, and incorporate feedback into your work.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to create high-quality illustrations that exceed client expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
