Upwork is hiring a Food scientist - Describe how the process of making oat milk works

We have a very straightforward task; we want to understand the process of how oat milk is made.

We want you to describe for us briefly what processes are involved during the process, if and how additives are added etc.

It does not have to be super detailed, we just want to understand the process.
