Upwork is hiring a Developer to create a generative AI enabled portfolio recommendation engine - Contract to Hire

I would like to create a chat bot that generates a portfolio of 10 companies based on interests fed to the bot. The interests could vary from professional background to perspectives on the market to where they grew up or live. I have the dataset to draw from. Need to design the limits such that the bot delivers on 10 companies that would lead the user to be interested in investing in at least four of the companies.
