I'm looking to hire someone to develop an AI face filter for TikTok that resembles a specific celebrity from bollywood Meena kumari

Goal: I'm looking for an AI filter that has similar visual features and hair style as Meena Kumari, but not an exact copy. The key is for it to look realistic and natural, without any glitching or artifacts.

The final deliverable would be an AI filter that I can upload and use on TikTok.

Scope of work:
