Upwork is hiring a AI/ML Developer, GPT, NLP, and Deep Learning - Contract to Hire

What are we creating?

We are creating an AI powered product, that interacts with data related to companies, jobs, industries, and also the applicants (job seekers).

Companies or applicants must be able to chat with the product, on a specific topic. For that, we need a customized GPT based chat, which we can train based on PDF, Doc, Audio, or video files.

We need to fine tune the chat bot to return desired type of responses. It will answer questions about our product, or about the industry, or maybe some statistics related to the field.

Also, the product should have a matching capability between companies, job posts, and candidates, based on past data and current data such as resume and job details and etc.

More details to be discussed further.

Also, in our platform we want to have things like automatically importing information from resume and fill the application-form with data. Or automatically import job details from a PDF or an online job post and fill job details in a form.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an independent (not an agency/team) AI/ML developer with relevant experience.

- Experience creating Deep Learning AI models.

- Experience creating NLP, GPT based chat bots.

- Experience in multi-talent AI development (imagine the AI being custom for each client we have).

- Experience in AI based data extraction from documents.

- Fluent English.

- 5+ years of AI/ML experience.

- Education (Bachelors +) in related fields (AI, ML, Math, Computer Science, or Data Science)

Team/Work Environment?

For now, we a small team and a new startup company with investor funding. We will be growing in size as we progress. You will be the first AI developer in team. We currently have other application developers and designers.

As you may already guess, this will be a long-term role.
