Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas within our education recruitment business that can benefit from AI implementation.

- Design and develop AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize various recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, marketing and building training programs

- Conduct thorough research on AI technologies, algorithms, and tools to identify the most suitable options for our business needs.

Requirements:
