The ideal candidate blends the art and science of prompt writing, balancing a deep understanding of the underlying mechanics of the GPT model with creativity, innovation, and user-centric design.

Responsibilities:

As an AI & ChatGPT Prompt Engineer Consultant, you will:

- Leverage your understanding of the GPT model and AI literacy to generate exceptional ChatGPT prompts that can be used throughout the company across departments.

- Design and develop AI prompts using large language models (e.g., GPT-4, ChatGPT) and other solutions as they emerge.

- Collaborate with the operations team to understand the agency's needs and design prompts that will effectively empower department heads to scale their output for clients.

- Implement iterative development and testing methodologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of AI prompts.

- Use a data-driven approach to test, evaluate, and refine AI prompts based on user behavior and engagement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI prompts and solve complex problems with multi-layered data sets.

- Educate and guide other team members in generating AI prompts and building their AI literacy.

- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in crafting prompts, ensuring they are clear, intuitive, engaging, and lead users towards their goals.

Preferred Skills:

- Comprehensive understanding of the GPT model and strong AI literacy.

- Experience in iterative development and testing, and a data-driven approach to prompt optimization.

- Understanding of conversational design principles and user experience (UX) design.

- Strong foundations in Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG).

- Familiarity with Google Bard, AutoGPT, Midjourney, or AgentGPT is a plus, but not required.

Working Arrangement:

This is a part-time contractor role, with the potential for contract-to-hire. The role is fully remote.
