We are looking for an exceptional AI customer support chatbot developer for ecom entrepreneurs to join our team.

1) Develop, implement, and optimize AI chatbots for Ecom entrepreneurs to meet user satisfaction and engagement goals.
Goal: Create a customer support chatbot for dropshippers and e-commerce brands.
Automation: Handle 80%-90% of customer service tasks, including email replies, package tracking, and return processes. Identify refund-eligible customers and list them in a spreadsheet.
Quality Support: Ensure customer interactions feel human and genuine.
Integrations: Stay updated with real-time product additions and changes from dropshippers.
Future Enhancements: Once established, add features like sales tools and SEO optimization for product descriptions.
2) Monitor user interactions, gather feedback, and adjust the chatbot's responses accordingly.
3) Ensure smooth integration of chatbots on various platforms.
4) Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve chatbot performance.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with chatbot development.
- Proven track record of successful AI customer support chatbot implementations
