Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer or development team to work on an AI-powered contract management solution. The aim is to create a robust, user-friendly platform that leverages AI to automate contract creation, negotiation, and compliance tracking. This project will require expertise in back-end and front-end development, as well as specific knowledge in machine learning algorithms and natural language processing.
Tasks and Deliverables:
1. Design and implement back-end architecture for contract management.
2. Develop AI algorithms for contract creation and compliance.
3. Create an intuitive front-end user interface.
4. Ensure data security and compliance with legal standards.
5. Test and iterate the solution based on user feedback.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Full Stack Development (Front-end and Back-end)
- Proficiency in AI and machine learning algorithms
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with data security and legal compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, React Native, or similar technologies
Communication:
- Weekly update meetings via Zoom/Skype
- Daily stand-ups for quick progress updates
- Communication via Slack for day-to-day tasks
