We are aiming to develop a specialized module based on the use of AI \ ML technology to obtain a statistical model predicting behavior of a person who failed to repay debt. The model is going to be based on the semantic, emotional and linguistic analysis of communications with the debtor through various communication channels (extraction of psychological and behavioral data from text messages and voice conversations). The result of the model's work is automatic generation of a communication with the debtor, as a reaction to the previous communication (text-to-speech or message text generation). The optimization principle of the model is to encourage the debtor to repay the debt as soon as possible (OTIF criterion) on the basis of properly constructed communication.
