Position Overview:
We are looking for two (2) full-time, motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Public Records team. As a Public Records Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Public Records Manager with case files and ensuring timely communication with agencies. This position is ideal for candidates who are self-sufficient, have strong communication skills and phone skills, and are willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Public Records Manager in processing and managing case files.
- Make phone calls to coordinate with agencies during their normal business hours.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications and case details.
- Ensure compliance with public information disclosure requirements, as your name may become public information.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and productivity.
- Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the role may require.
Qualifications:
- Full-time availability during normal business hours (United States time zones).
- Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making necessary phone calls as part of the job.
