I need someone that can develop an AI Talking Head bot like certain platforms such as HeyGen/D-ID.
You have to be able to upload an image of a person/character in 9:16 format (for example from MidJourney) and then the bot will generate a video where the image comes to life and the person starts speaking using an audio file script that you can upload as well.
Preferrably a bot for a Discord Server that can do this.
