Looking for someone to work WITH US on zoom, not by themselves at first.
We have some basic integration and automation tasks that we want to outsource but also do the first project together so we know which software are being used, what the costs are and get to know each other so we can work on future projects together as well.
If you are not willing to work this way (on zoom a couple hours at a time with us) do not apply for this position.

Zapier (open to Make or Paddly)

Wordpress
THIS PROJECT is about migrating almost 5000 pdfs into a Wordpress Blog.
We have already started the process by converting the PDF urls to text in a Google Sheet attached to Zapier and PDF.co (This step is open for change)
What still needs to be completed after that:
TO DO WITH AUTOMATION (airtable or Gsheets)
text body cleanup in new column removing portions of text
seo keyword created
seo title created
seo description created
Featured image created for blog post
TO DO MANUALLY BEFORE PUBLISH
Categories chosen, rows approved for publishing
TO DO NEXT WITH AUTOMATION
Publish post from Airtable or GSheets to Wordpress
Blog post URL added back to Airtable or Gsheets in POSTED URL column
Summary of blog post created in new column for email purposes
