Upwork is hiring a Custom Ensamble to solve prediction problem

I'm trying to create a simple prediction on ensemble that can predict a target column in a time series data set accurately I'll be using this prediction model to create a simple policy that I will be using a PPO to optimize but the challenge I have right now is building a accurate enough prediction model for my specific target column in the time series data
