Hi,
We are looking for a new member of our team to work out as a general support and assistant role to one of our Co-Founders.
The tasks are heavily data analysis but also data entry focussed, however, will not be exclusively focussed on Data.
You will be supporting the COO of Persy Booths in day-to-day challenges, and more importantly on a strategic level in developing an entire new reporting, tracking and controlling structure for our operations.
Therefore we are looking for someone with very advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel, and ideally elementary skills in Data Wrangling in Python or any other coding language of your preference (its often just quicker and more efficient for data cleaning and preparation).
To give you a broad idea of the major tasks you will play a pivotal role on:
- Data preparation and analytics of operational data of the past 12-18 months. Analysis and reporting on defect-rates, on-time rates, granular break-down of different cost components that influence.
- Implementation and maintenance of a new, more automated monitoring system with which the entire internal team will need to work with, to better track incoming orders, production capacities and lead-times.
- SKU management (we currently have an SKU list of 10,000+ products, which is constantly changing due to new iterations of products, and new product launches).
- Analysis of new opportunities (new products, markets etc.)
- As the right-hand to the COO, you can expect to receive more autonomy and ownership over these different areas and develop into a core role at Persy Booths.
