Project Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled machine learning engineer to fine-tune and deploy a large language model (LLM) for our innovative cybersecurity platform. This project involves advanced LLM integration and optimization for specific tasks within our platform.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience: Fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (ideally GPT-3 or Grover) for complex tasks.

Solid understanding: Machine learning concepts, AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, etc.), and cloud deployment principles.

Expertise: Data pre-processing, annotation, prompt engineering, and transfer learning techniques.

Proficiency: Programming languages (Python, preferred), machine learning libraries (Hugging Face Transformers), and cloud platforms (AWS).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with security and engineering teams.

Project Scope:

Fine-tuning:

Analyze LLM capabilities and choose the best model for our platform's specific tasks.

Preprocess and annotate relevant data for LLM training.

Design and implement prompts to guide the LLM towards desired functionalities.

Fine-tune the LLM using appropriate techniques to optimize performance for our platform.

Testing:

Develop a comprehensive testing plan to evaluate the LLM's performance on various tasks and scenarios.

Implement unit and integration tests for the LLM and its integration with our platform.

Analyze and refine the LLM based on test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Deployment:

Design and implement the LLM deployment architecture on AWS using appropriate services (e.g., SageMaker, EC2).

Integrate the LLM seamlessly with our existing cybersecurity platform and security tools.

Develop documentation and training materials for internal teams using the LLM.
