In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing generative AI workshops both in-person within the United States and virtually for a global audience.
The content for the workshops will focus on current Gen AI startups that have a product or service available to the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Prior to each workshop, you will be tasked with creating a comprehensive curriculum that introduces participants to the fascinating world of generative AI. This curriculum will cover foundational concepts, relevant tools, and practical applications of generative AI in various fields.
Video Tutorial Creation: As part of the preparation process, you will produce a detailed video tutorial that mirrors the structure and content of the workshop. This pre-recorded tutorial will serve as a resource for participants to refer back to and for virtual attendees who couldn't attend the live event.
Event Setup/Strike: During in-person workshops, you will provide assistance in setting up the necessary equipment and materials for a seamless event experience. Additionally, after the workshop concludes, you will help with the event strike, ensuring that all equipment is properly packed and stored.
Workshop Facilitation: The main highlight of your role will be conducting the generative AI workshops, whether in-person or virtually. You will guide participants through the curriculum, presenting complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. As the facilitator, you will encourage interactivity, answer questions, and lead hands-on exercises to help participants gain practical experience.
Adaptation and Improvisation: While the video tutorial will act as a guide, you will have the flexibility to adapt the workshop based on the audience's skill levels, interests, and specific needs. Your ability to gauge participants' understanding and make on-the-spot adjustments will be crucial to ensuring a valuable learning experience.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in generative AI, including knowledge of popular frameworks and tools.
- Proven experience in teaching, workshop facilitation, or public speaking, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and informative video tutorials.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
